Thank you to everyone who completed the on line ballot for our AGM. As 64 members replied all voting yes, we were quorate and the votes were passed
Members should have all received the papers for our AGM. The committee has decided to try to do a postal vote to replace the votes we would have taken at the AGM. Please return the voting slips to Joan our secretary if you havent already done so.
We are sorry to say that our Lectures for June and July has also been added to the list of cancellations We are still hoping that we can resume in September
We are sorry to announce that our visit to the Weald and Downland Museum on June 2 will not now go ahead due to the Covid-19 virus. We hope to re-arrange the visit in due course
Due to the Covid-19 situation our AGM will not take place in May, however papers will be circulated shortly. Once the situation becomes clearer we will let everyone know.
We are really sorry to say that we have decided to cancel our lectures in April and May due to Covid-19 and the resulting government advice.
