A visit has been arranged to this impressive house and gardens in Brentford. the house was the last place the Princess Pocahontas visited before she left to return to America. Of course we know she did not make the return as she died and was buried in Gravesend. There are tours at 11am and 2pm in groups of 25 divided in two with 15 minute intervals between. There is a cafe in the garden centre serving meals (typically fish and chips) and sandwiches. The cost of the trip is £45 and that includes coach travel and entry + tour.
